Our IS/IT department is divided into 2 divisions:

• The Global IT division: it answers to our support requests and supervises the installation and maintenance of IT systems and networks for internal customers. The division also ensures compliance with SBM's policies, standards and procedures and contributes to its security.
• The IS division: manages the application information system, ensuring that the ERP (production, purchasing/sales, accounting, etc.) and the business applications (CRM, sales forecasts, NDF, etc.) meet the business challenges and the needs of the various business lines and internal departments.
