If several positions match your skills and seem of interest to you, you can apply to them all.

Depending on how many applications we receive, it usually takes us one to three weeks to process them.

Depending on the position, our process can be a little bit different.
However, in general, it is composed of at least:
- A phone interview with one of our recruitment team member to talk about your curriculum, your application and to give you detailed information about the position.
- If you move on to the next step, at least one interview will take place in our premises, so that you can meet your future manager and a member of the HR team.

To prepare an interview at SBM, make sure that:
- You are clear on the position and on its missions.
- You have (at least some) information about SBM and our market.
- You have all of the information you need to know what will be expected of you, should you join us. If not, ask us all the questions you may have during the interviews!
