Our Research and Development department is divided into two markets:

• The garden market: the R&D department works on the development of new products and innovative packaging, to satisfy the needs of gardeners and constantly improve their experience with our products. Through our two laboratories in North Carolina (USA) and Bézier (France), we develop new solutions which we then evaluate in the field at our two test stations in the US (Illinois and North Carolina). This ensures that they are capable of meeting the expectations of the market, but also our CSR challenges
• The agricultural market: for products intended for farmers, our R&D department consists of an innovation team, dedicated to researching natural active substances, and a development team, responsible for developing new products and their application conditions for optimised effectiveness. These products enable farmers to protect their crops and maintain their yields by combating harmful insects.
