A few words about our department
Our sales force is responsible for achieving the annual turnover target with the support of the marketing department, the sales department and the CRM. Our Sales department is divided into:
- the field team (in charge of customer relations with medium & large retailers)
- the key account team (in charge of customer relations with central purchasing teams for our biggest clients)
As ambassadors of SBM, our sales representatives have the responsibility of developing the presence of our products in a portfolio of customers specific to each geographical sector, in accordance with the sales policy defined by the company, in order to increase both SBM's turnover and profitability.
