MISSION OF YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about digital marketing? Do you have a knack for creating engaging content and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to begin their career in digital marketing and make a tangible impact from day one.

You will support Brand Manager in digital activities with focus on e-commerce by preparation assets and content creation. Prepare POS materials to accelerate seasonal activities for brands. Manage local portfolio in coordination with Sales, Regulatory, Sourcing and Supply Chain departments to generate revenue and optimize country contribution in line with Country Objectives. Close cooperation with Regional Marketing Manager to localize global strategy.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across various platforms.

• Analyze competitors ecommerce activities and trends.

• Create, manage, and analyze content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Supporting in all other marketing activities.

SKILLS AND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and native Dutch.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team-oriented environment.
