PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Ensure product availability & targeted stock levels for an assigned scope of suppliers, based on stock, sales forecast and SBM Supply Planning guidelines, in order to contribute to growing our business and to achieve long-term success, in cooperation with local Supply Chain teams in Europe. 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Finished goods & components supply planning

On a monthly basis (for the regular range of products as well as New Product Development) :

• Analyse finished goods coverage
• Align with local Supply Chain teams on production/purchasing orders required
• Agree production plan with suppliers/subcontractors
• Analyse components purchasing orders required

Operational Procurement - process orders to subcontractors/suppliers and ensure their timely delivery, following global stock management and allocation policies, by:

• Monitoring with suppliers the current status of production
• Organizing and monitoring deliveries to the local markets
• Maintaining on time communication with the stakeholders on the progress and issues

Suppliers Management - build/maintain appropriate relationship with suppliers according to their size, by:

• Maintaining regular contacts and communication
• Providing visibility through regular procurement forecasts
• Discussing capacity projection
• Maintaining regular exchanges with purchasing team
• Supply Chain Support
• SBM stock monitoring at subcontractors facilities (reconciliation, accuracy, destructions)
• Contribution to financial monthly closing

Transversal projects (optional depending on seniority / development path). Contribute to/lead transversal projects accross supply chain community such as:

• Process continuous improvement
• ERP functionalities upgrade
• Productivity/simplification projects
• New acquisitions

SKILLS AND PROFILE

• Education - graduated in business/economics/supply chain/operations or other related fields
• Experience - 3-5 years of experience on similar position
• Languages - fluent English and Polish
• Knowledge of systems & applications - advanced knowledge of ERP, MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic international team
• Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit with can-do attitude
