A few words about our department
At SBM, our logitics & customer service department is divided into two sub-departments:
- The customer service department is in charge of managing customer orders, from order entry to delivery to the customer. This department is also responsible for managing invoices, in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale, as well as following up on complaints in order to satisfy our customers and ensure the proper execution of the terms and conditions of sale.
- The logistics department is in charge of managing the relationship with our logistics service providers, both in terms of transport and stocks, while ensuring optimal logistics for all SBM products. Our employees ensure the delivery of our orders in accordance with the commitments and wishes of our customers, in order to obtain a high quality service rate.
